Inabata & Co., Ltd. took part in "Exhibition Micromachine / MEMS" held at Tokyo Big Sight, from July 13 to 15, 2011.　The exhibition is one of the world's largest international exhibitions focusing on micromachines / MEMS, and nanotechnologies.

At Inabata's booth, we exhibited the actual equipment from KLA-Tencor Corporation, Lapole Systems Inc., and Applied Microstructures, Inc, that attracted many visitors in the three days.

Inabata will further continue to provide solutions to our customers, not only by selling equipment for MEMS, but also by providing inspection and processing services.
