On 1st January, Isao Abe, former Deputy General Manager of Inabata's Chemicals Division was designated Chairman of the Board (the equivalent of Chief Executive Officer) of our subsidiary, Shanghai Inabata Trading Co. Ltd. Prior to this appointment, the functions of Chairman of the Board of Inabata Shanghai had been carried out by Nobuhiro Ohtsuki, in addition to his duties as Director, Managing Executive Officer at Inabata.
